The famous ShackBurger, my early dinner on way home through Grand Central Station. Fries? Resisted. |
TCOY
- Had healthy breakfast and lunch at Sis's, including eggs scrambled w mushrooms; yogurt with berries; tuna on rye.
- Applied for another job.
- Walked across town from Grand Central to Port--instead of taking subway. But hot as hell.
- Going to bed early for 7 a.m. support group.
- Planning to get some nutritious groceries tomorrow.
- Watched season finale of season 2 "Big Little Lies," streaming on my laptop via HBO.com. So.Good.

Hi Liz....yes, thank you! Hope you have a good day.
DeleteWhat a coincidence. My office does a "walking challenge" every year. With the heat, we are all sick of it! So yesterday, my teammates and I motivated ourselves by walking to a Shake Shack to get milkshakes. I got a coffee one, which was delicious, but yes, I couldn't believe it had more than 600 calories. :O
