IDK...are they back wings? Shoulder wings? You know, what gets tired after hunching over computer to work and/or write?
I had a deadline and I liked the words....it was about a beautiful home in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, where two duplexes were combined. Oh, the rooms! The furnishings. The wallcoverings. Everything.
How lovely it would be to live like that.

You were in PH! BBG is at the southern end of PH and my home is at the northern, so most of our walk was, in fact, through PH!
ReplyDeleteThat was so much fun. I read that Prospect Has includes the Botanic Garden and other places, but I get confused bc I thought your neighborhood was Clinton Hill? Brooklyn is so big. I love that about it--and many other things. xo

DeleteI explained it in a confusing way, sorry. So, I am in Clinton Hill. Prospect Heights borders us on our south flank. My house is very near that southern border of CH, but the northern border of PH. So just walking south out of CH, within 2 blocks you wander Into north PH. If you keep walking south, you get to the southern border of PH and that's where BBG is.
ReplyDeleteGot it. Thanks. When I left to head home March 1, I thought, "I really want to explore Brooklyn more.” Dan lived in Park Slope when we were dating and we did do Brooklyn things (BAM?) but really explored the Jersey Shore most weekends. Have a good day, Kim.
