So good to catch up with my cousin Linda at La Colombe over iced coffee and iced cappuccino in Philly. They have locations in NYC and I'd like to go. We heard about the place from Lauren, the pretty blonde woman at Beans Beauty Store & Salon on Chestnut Street--it was really hot out, and we slipped in there to inquire about a good coffee place. Beans [other locations, too] also happened to carry all the best brands but my shopping budget was dwindling. Was able to get the small bottle of Moroccan Oil [$15.80] for hair. It's a cult favorite I've seen advertised in InStyle and my friend Nicky at boot camp really loves it...and she has beautiful, glossy hair. beansbeauty.com

Now the laundry is drying, about to pack my skirt in bag so can slip on over shorts after boot camp and zip over to see my Dad at the rehab place. Time to drive Figgy to high school. Monday traffic can be heavy on Route 3 West.
