Home again....450 miles and a lightning storm later. Traffic after the Tappan Zee, total trip time 9 hrs. and 22 min. We left Belfast @ 11 A.M. Happy to be here. The garden looks pretty, and so do the paint colors inside. One of the first things I did is light a beeswax candle from the Belfast Co-op, to place on the mantel. Good night.

1. H. and I rose @ 6:15 and walked in Belfast, over the War Memorial Bridge that spans the bay. Saw striking bird standing and spreading its giant wingspan.
2. Healthy sandwich on wheat with let. and tom.
3. Lots of ice water.
