My Fluffy Little Friend

I love Sug so much. This is an ode to her. She makes me smile a million times a day. Long may you fluff, little shaggy Sug. Thank you for following my every move. And right now, I'm about to park the car, so I know you'll be on full alert till I get back in.

1. Boot camp in the park. So hot, sweat was dripping in my eyes. 
2. Walked Sug around block once.
3. Worked well.
4. Took reading and nap break.
5. Faced music by keeping scheduled dr.'s appt. tomorrow. Was tempted to cancel. Still am.
6. Spinach salad and turkey burger for dinner.
