- Boot camp in the park. It was hard. Today, three uphill sprints.
- Dentist. Not pleasant, but faced the music regarding needing a new false tooth/dental implant.
- Walked Sug around block once in humidity so thick it feels like New Orleans on a hot, swampy night.
