Beauty in the bag. This is a miracle worker.

Noticed a good recipe [Marcella Hazan via Mark Bittman] for tomato sauce in today's New York Times Magazine. Also took a long, hot bath and nap. But until 3 P.M. at least, I hadn't gotten out of my nightgown, and was glad no one rang the doorbell [Girl Scout, neighbor, etc.]

The sky looks beautiful tonight.

1. I think I've been calmer? Doctor adjusted my meds. Also, Figgy was away in Maine for a week and just returned tonight. So far, so good. 
2. That hot soak, for sure. Am going to buy Dr. Teal's Epsom Salt Soaking Solution in Eucalyptus Spearmint, which Pats gave me the other day when I was weighed down with worry . So great. Use 2 cupfuls at a time. Am going to Target to get some. It's inexpensive, too.
