Rolling: Life itself

H. is away, so I hired my loyal sitter, Elaine, and snuck off to the dark movie theater to watch this great documentary about Roger Ebert. Go see! It's also a love letter to Chicago.

I was struck by Roger's wife, Chaz Ebert, and particularly admire her style. Beautiful V-neck sweaters in black, red and other colors, Burberry headband, crisp collared shirts worn open at the neck, statement necklaces, sleek hairstyles.
Plus: She comes across as strong, calm, loving, composed.
Amazing taste meets amazing grace.
