Went to my dr in NYC and was [ever so gently] read the riot act again. Exercise, eat better, lose weight.

Step one: Go to bed and get some rest now. Only way you could stay up and produce anything is if you fuel your think tank with [too much] food. 

Those are my words, not my doctor's.

Good night. 

1. Short walk with Sug, and fair amount of walking in NYC.
2. Tasty low-calorie iced tea from Panera.
3. Took care of complexion and even applied eye shadow, mascara and bronzer, which felt good.
4. Dr. visit--a wake-up call, as always--and flu shot.
