Good Night, Baby Apple Pies

Tested them out tonight in new KitchenAid toaster oven, which I'm bringing to the Making Merry event at Toni's Kitchen this Saturday afternoon. I'm going to bake pies with kids. They can help roll crust, mix filling, sprinkle tops with sugar and cinnamon.

If you live nearby, come join us from 2 to 4 p.m. The pies we don't sample will be reserved for the next day's dinner at the soup kitchen. Glad I tested--can fit four small pies in this large toaster oven but have to adjust time and temp! Good night.
