7th Heaven

I'm at the doctor. I lost 7 lbs on the medical scale since my last appt in the spring. Thanks no doubt to the sweet treats ban, self-imposed starting August 2. My doctor is glad, and so am I. She urged me to let this loss inspire me to keep going. And keep exercising. I intend to. I do.
