Fun Work Task

My assignment as a writer today was to visit the J.Crew store at Garden State Plaza in Paramus. I will submit my report tomorrow, and let you know when it's posted. It was fun. I haven't gotten to J.Crew much lately, but I love their sense and sensibility--such a great style edit. I would have liked to buy an Irish green, knee-length lace holiday skirt but their largest size is 16 and I would need larger, especially since it's a pencil skirt. It was so cute the way they paired lace with nautical tops....and they have beautiful, feminine shoes, such as Christmas red suede high heel pumps. They have some size 11s of some styles in store--this Cinderella has a large foot--but you are more likely to find those on the web. They do have size XL in a lot of clothing items, and that fits me; so that's nice! I found a cute top, 25% off.

Good night, flying off on gossamer fashion wings....here is the link...the skirt in Emerald Pool....isn't it gorgeous?

  1. That is pretty! XL works for me with their tops, too, and I have a few nice linen T's and summer-weight sweaters from them. I also am frustrated they don't carry plus-sizes because without that cut, forget bottom stuff for them. I love their sensibility. I wish they would wake up on the plus-size market.
