Good Night, Sleep Tight 

TCOY

  1. Got to my support group. Nourishing.
  2. Had some healthy foods today, including local wild mushroom 🍄 soup and roasted eggplant dip at Marcel and some sliced red pepper at home.
  3. I can’t wait to go to sleep. Punch and I both have colds that came on today and standing outside, underdressed, for two hour-long soccer games did not help. Had huge cup of tea. Punch had small one.
