I worked here, writing on my laptop in this clean, modern space, so many days in the past....in sweltering summer heat, brisk fall weather, winter snow. It's nice to be back again today.
I was able to work productively and without distraction--while feeling nourished.

TCOY
- I'm about to walk 20 minutes home from town.
- I ordered an organic cappuccino with "I feel stressed" adaptogens. I do feel calm.
- Took Punch to doctor for ADHD checkup at 8:30 am, faced some hard music--that's better than choosing not to hear it, and stuff it down with cupcakes.
- Today Dan finally had the appt to get Punchy’s ⛸ ice skates--winter white and fitted to her feet. And I signed her up for weekly lessons. Sometimes, taking care of [and occupying] your child is TCOY.
