TCOY
- Took a nice walk, part with Sugar and part without. (She is blind in one eye.)
- Enjoyed healthy foods: Figgy made rice and tofu bowls. I had fresh berries, and earlier, fresh kale.
- Important calls with two friends. Both first initial S, both wise--as I try to navigate a road without sugar, my drug of choice.

My Rocky has cataracts and can’t see very much at all at night. We try to take our last walk before pitch dark night, but I bring a flashlight for him. He bumps into things in the daytime. He’s also somewhat deaf, so I get his attention and guide him to me by clapping. But he just carries on, going about his sniffing doggy business, seeming to enjoy it.
