Up and down, in and out, happy and sad. But the tulips in our yard look really pretty--princess pink, yellow with red stripes, pastel, pure yellow. Can't muster up anything else to say. In between a rock and a hard place.

- Served avocado, tomato and melon for breakfast with scrambled eggs and blueberry muffins.
- Walked with Elly for 1 hour 15 minutes @ Brookdale Park.
- Had a little homemade hot fudge on a little scoop of coffee ice cream. Didn't overdo it.
