Just a quick post....season conclusion of AMC's delicious show tonight @ 10. [Here's what I wrote about "Mad Men" two years back.] The sofa is ready, the A.C. is working hard, and I see H. got canola oil, to make popcorn.
We drove into the city to see our lovely niece Leah and we sat and talked for hours over a light, late Italian lunch near her apartment on the Upper West Side. I've said it before: She is my Mary Tyler Moore, pretty and smart and on her own in a sparkling city--with a stylish apartment. [Remember Mary's apartment?]

TCOY [Never did get to 9 A.M. support group, or to church. Tired, so slept through 8 A.M. alarm.]

I watched Mad Men on demand this morning. It seems like it was a short season or something... like it just started and now it's over :( Good one though, huh? Love, Lin
ReplyDeleteyes, it seems like their hiatus took forever and then the season was short...but enticing and intriguing....i wish Betty was in last night's episode, and that woman at the bar at the end looked like Megan, right? sigh...until next episode...love al
