- Listened to last half hour of Terry Gross's radio interview with Norman Lear--took me back to watching 70s TV with my parents. Happy memories.
- Made Melissa Clark's Brown Butter Skillet Cornbread from last week's NY Times Food Section. You brown the butter first, use maple syrup instead of sugar--and 2 1/4 cups buttermilk. Very good and moist. I like Melissa's recipes a lot. Here's the VIDEO.
