Car $54, Where Are You?

Squad car w blinking lights just pulled Punchy and me over on Valley Road. None of us knew our annual registration was late, but police can check remotely on the road. Ticket for $54 and we have to get to DMV post haste. Hoping Dan can go tomorrow.
Ready to close the curtains on this day. Good night.

  2. Had homemade mint pea soup w plain grass milk yogurt and Ezekiel toast.
  3. Talked to Jenn and Jim.
  4. Walked Sug around block.
  5. Soothing bath.
  6. Updated extensive Monday spending [see previous post].

  • Subway, sandwich, chips and drink for P after her 6:30 dental checkup and before we stopped in at school for bullying info forum. $10.40.
  • Didn’t go online and pay $54 ticket yet so not logging it here.

Ubers while our only car was in shop for 4 days; Joyist morning, $37; teachers' 
toasts tickets, $74; teachers' gift, $40; and Aerin sale at Williams-Sonoma, $78.

  4. Hi friends. Yup, I learned they could check remotely in about 2011, when Figgy had been sick and in the hospital and my father was in the last leg of his life. A police officer checked my car registration remotely [or was it my inspection, not sure]? with some spyware. "I've been going through a really rough time," I told the police officer, a woman. I felt like a warrior. I think I was driving back from the hospital to see Fig. Taking care of our car fell at the bottom of the list when Fig and Dad were both failing. Love, Alice
