One of the hymns at 11:30 Mass today was "Amazing Grace." When biking along Norwood Avenue to church, I told Punch I hoped we would hear it, that it is a beautiful song. And so we did.
Wilting in this heat. But managed to weed around the sunflowers and tomatoes.

1. Wrote in personal journal. Prayed for help and grace. I will never stop that.
2. Biked to church. Felt strong.
3. Sang a song or two. Listened to soothing music while doing dishes.
4. Lots of ice water.
5. Walked Puff around the block.
6. Made salmon for dinner.
